More RV parks get Wi-Fi

Austin, TX-based TengoInternet added three new RV parks to it's list of Wi-Fi customers. The company provides broadband wireless access service for campgrounds, hotels and apartment complexes throughout the United States.

Three new Louisiana Wi-Fi customers are Lakeside RV Park in Livingston, Pavilion RV Park in West Monroe and Poche's Fish-N-Camp and RV Park in Breaux Bridge.

The company has also entered the Alabama market, adding Rainbow Plantation Park in Summerdale to its list of Wi-Fi zones.

Wi-Fi, or wireless fidelity, allows computer users to share a high-speed Internet connection without wires or the delays often caused by dial-up access.

"RVers are demanding Wi-Fi as an amenity and operators are responding," says Eric Stumberg, president and CEO of TengoInternet.
